    Is it possible to change my date?

    As long as you provide us with a minimum of 5 days’ notice, you can adjust your date one time without any additional charges.

    Any cleanings rescheduled within 4 days of the original date will require full payment. However, we always strive to collaborate with you.

    How does the billing process work?

    To secure your booking, we request a 75% down payment with the remaining 25% to be paid 24 hours prior to your event.
